If you wish to make a purchase please e-mail or telephone us with your order. We will calculate the most efficient and economical method of delivery and confirm the cost to you. 

Delivery
Due to the very wide variety of our products, we are unable to set delivery charges on line.

POST - from £3.50

PARCELFORCE 48 - from £9.00

PALLET DELIVERY - from £30
Larger or more fragile items are sent out on a pallet (quarter, half or full) via our haulier UK Pallets. This is the most efficient and cost effective method available. Customers please note when goods are delivered on a pallet the haulier will offload outside your premises. It is up to the customer to unpack the pallet and carry goods inside. Rate per pallet on a 2-3 day delivery depends on postcode but as a guide range from £30(except Highlands and Islands).

Alternatively customers are welcome to collect from our warehouse.

Payment
Payment can be made via debit/credit card, or cheque with order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo. (Please note we do not accept AMEX). You may also use Paypal.

Alternatively, when paying by cheque, please ensure your cheque is made payable to “Atlas Design Ltd and send to: Atlas Design, 25 Phoenix Road, Crowther Industrial Estate, Washington, Tyne & Wear NE38 0AD
Please also ensure your cheque guarantee card number,expiry date, issue number if applicable and address is written on the back of your cheque.

Returns

Damage or shortages must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We will endeavour to rectify any problems.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the item, you must notify us immediately and return the goods at your cost within 7 days. The goods must be received back into our warehouse is a saleable condition.
